Mission

Lorien Wood is a Pre-K through 12th grade Christian school with the mission of 'outfitting a stalwart and faithful fellowship for a noble adventure'. We fulfill this vision by seeking to come alongside parents as they nurture a child's intellect, character, faith and curiosity. We strive to be a deeply invested and gracious community of parents, teachers, and students who share a common mission of providing an excellent Christ-centered education. Lorien Wood's distinctives (Biblical Worldview, Integral Curriculum, Classical Study & Joyful Discovery, Cultivate Character, Every Child is Unique, Nature Nurtures, and Parents Activity Participate), our educational philosophy, school culture, and close-knit community cultivate a vibrant learning experience for our students.
