Home to one of the world's finest collections of mediterranean and subtropical plants, the 127-acre los angeles county arboretum & botanic garden serves as an important repository for species of biological and economic importance. The arboretum landscape also serves as a richhistorical site that includes native american, rancho period, and late 19th century treasures, including four historic landmark buildings.in agreement with los angeles county, the foundation is responsible for the admissions, filming, weddings and site rentals.
