Lost Dreams Awaken Center

Screening services- succesfully provided screening services to assist individuals and family in obtaining the recovery resources that were needed. Our purpose is to increase access to care and support, and the resources needed for long-term recovery, through a screening process to identify the specific need for each individual.

Bcor-community outreach meetings/education- execution of community outreach meetings via 12-step programs & other venues for educating the community on substance use disorder and overdose awareness. The organization manages over 10,000 visits per year, serving 2,498 unique individuals and serves a community of people in recovery from substance use disorder who envision a world where recovery is understood and promoted.
