ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION/ADVOCACY/PROTECTION The purpose of the Louisiana Environmental Action Network (LEAN) is to foster cooperation and communication between individual citizens and corporate and government organizations in an effort to assess and mend the environmental problems.
