Lhcqf is working with the la department of public safety and corrections to provide a certified electronic health record system to be integrated with the la health information exchange in the la prison facilities. In addition, lhcqf will provide technical support and assistance from ehr adoption through meaningful use.

Louisiana department of health (ldh): lhcqf provides support to ldh on a variety of initiatives that are focused on health information technology, quality measurement/analytics, patient-centered medical home transformation and outreach and education activities. Lapost registry private participants: lhcqf manages an electronic registry for louisiana physician orders for scope of treatment (lapost) documentation for private participants across multiple care delivery settings in louisiana to support ldh health initiatives.lapost - the goal of lapost is to provide improved quality of care for people with advanced, progressive illness and/or frailty across health care settings.
