The organization's mission is to provide support and assistance to economically disadvantaged individuals, small businesses, and other disadvantaged enterprises for the purpose of decreasing poverty, decreasing government dependence, generating economic growth, creating jobs, providing decent, safe and sanitary affordable housing, and otherwise supporting the needy citizens of the state of louisiana.
