Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival & Fair Association Inc

Fais do do and parades- to sponsor music with bands and parades featuring royalty, visting royalty and local schools, bands and dance schools to celebrate and promote local sugarcane industry at the beginning of harvest season as a community event. Activities include farmer's parade, children's parade, and queen's parade. The fais do do events are held for 2 consecutive nights in downtown new iberia.

Fair grounds- a fair is held as part of the celebration with carnival rides for the enjoyment of the community. The association receives a share of the fairgrounds income.
