The grant-a-wish program grants wishes to children, under 18, with life altering, life threatening, or terminal illnesses who reside in louisiana. Wishes are granted on a case-by-case basis after consultation between the board of directors, the child's family, and the treating physician. Additionally, the organization distributes toys to children from low-income families during the holiday season. Program expenses include toy purchases, event logistics, and volunteer coordination.

To provide direct support to the louisiana state police. In 2024, the organization purchased and donated six (6) sets of night vision goggles to the louisiana state police air support unit. This contribution enhanced the unit's operational capabilities during nighttime missions, improving public safety and officer effectiveness. This program service accomplishment reflects the organization's commitment to supporting the louisiana state police in their efforts to serve and protect the community.

In addition to its primary programs, the organization engages in various charitable activities that support law enforcement personnel, their families, and the broader community.
