The corporation is organized for charitable purposes and the corporation shall engage in holding real and personal property to prevent homelessness, promote independent living and to support louison house, inc., and to engage in such other activities as may appropriate and consistent with the corporation's status as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
