To serve as a resource for the development of off-leash dog parks throughout the louisville area as well as other places interested in devoloping dog parks. To actively promote and fund development of future dog parks where a need is identified. To develop a volunteer program to monitor park activity and enforce rules and address on site problems. To assist in the maintenance of dog parks through volunteers and to educate general public to promote canine wellbeing and responsible pet ownership.
