The purpose for which this corporation is organized is to conduct fundraising and provide financial support to the Pope Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction, Inc., Fertility Care Centers of America, Inc., and Fertility Care Centers International, Inc. provided said organizations remain non-profit, tax-exempt organizations and provided they continue to support the research, education and promotion of the Creighton Model Fertility Care system and the Creighton Model of Natural Family Planning.
