The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 and to have and to exercise any and all powers, rights and purposes which a corporation organized under kentucky nonprofit corporation act, and more particularly described in krs 273.171, as amended from time to time, by law may now or hereafter have or exercise. The corporation is a public charity within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the code. The corporation is a religious organization, for homeless ministry.
