This contract was to provide staff augmentation services to support the prince george's county clean water partnership. Activities included serving as a technical director for the stormwater manitenance program; acting as a liaison to county and state regulatory agencies; providing technical oversight for the planning and implementation of a large, complex stormwater management and flood mitigation project; preparing and monitoring program and project budgets; and contributing to long-term campital improvement planning.
The lid center is under a multi-year contract to assist prince george's county, md, meet its stormwater permit, chesapeake bay watershed, and related stormwater and community goals and resquirements. The five project areas are: 1) municipal npdes phase ii support; 2) municipal and county npdes property management, swppp and good housekeeping support; green infrastructure contractor training; technical planning, design project management, and outreach support; and grants management support services for stormwater and flood management projects associated with dam safety, flood attenuation, water quantity control, and community livability.
