Is a non profit, human services agency dedicated to providong both outpatient, residential, and case management addiction and hiv services in safe and supportive community based environments. Lhi emobides a culture that recognizes and values diversity by supporting aggressive approaches to treatment.

The recovery home program is a residential treatment program for males & females suffering from alcohol & drug addiction.
The glenice sheehan program provides transitional & long term treatment for women who are chronic substance abusers. This treatment is located on the grounds of the tewksbury state hospital.
The driver alcohol education program provides educational and therapeutic services for first time offenders convicted of driving under the influence. Participants are referred to lowell house by local and regional courts. Sober houses houses provide a permanent, affordable housing option for individuals who have been in recovery for 6 months of longer case management services assists adults in recovery to achieve self- sufficiency
