Coordinate watershed monitoring and assessment program for the lower dupage river watershed. Data to be used by local communities and the illinois epa. Benefits approximately 550,000 people who live in the lower dupage river watershed.

Project activities include project management of the plainfield stream restoration project as well as management of the funds, both those held in reserve and paid out for the project.
