Jasper Scholarship Fund, Inc. attends the charity events of the Combined Federal Campaign, DC One Fund, and Maryland Charity Campaign (a video is submitted for this Charity annually) so that The Lucinda L. Jasper Scholarship Fund, Inc may inform participants at different national and state agencies of the scholarship. The individuals who attend may choose to donate to the scholarship fund (of which 100% of all donations go directly to the students' scholarships) for the students who win the scholarship competition. All materials and giveaways such as pamphlets, pens, magnets, resource booklets, treats, and bags - items given away at the charity campaigns - to participants BUT the costs are absorbed by the The Lucinda L.
