The purpose of the organization is to connect artists to emerging technology and allow them to expand the scope and audience of their work through participation in the luma projection arts festival and similar emerging tech arts presentations. In addition, the organization seeks to contribute to greater binghamton's economic development by supporting the development of an arts and entertainment culture, attracting regional, national and international tourism.
