To provide a platform for individuals and small businesses from underrepresented communities with access to ongoing education, coaching, mentoring, community, networks, guidance, exposure, tools and resources, through granting such qualified individuals or small businesses with memberships exclusivily to luminary, a membership based, female focused, platform for professional growth and collaboration, and additional support through individual donations and corporate advocacy looking to make an impact within these communities.
