Mission
To preserve & protect the land & to create a human community that lives in harmony with each other & other species making their homes here, consistent with thw northwest land conservation trust conservation easement on the land, & to conduct other related & supportive activities consistent with the charitable purposes promoted by the grantors in the trust agreement.

To enter into leases of buildings on the land for preserving the long term eligibilty and accessibility for people of modest means: we expanded the available low cost living space by purchasing a used pacific yurt.
To engage in conservation, arts & crafts: in 2024, we renovated a showroom on the property as the future home of the permanent collection. It is a continuation of the 2023 project in which we moved, washed, catalogued and stored the lynn bowers permanent collection of artwork under our artwork preservation charter.
