Lynn Community Television (LCTV) is a non-profit Lynn, MA based organization dedicated to providing the members and access users of the Lynn community with a platform to voice; opinions, news and local information which may not be generally available from commercial or public media. LCTV enables Lynn residents and qualifying Lynn based individuals or entities the ability to express themselves via cablecast media.
