We continued to spend the awarded $35105 from the state of Arkansas for the American Rescue Plan Act Section 9817 grant to recruit and retain more direct service professionals to provide services for CES waiver clients. We were able to award 2 sign-on bonuses to 2 new direct service professionals in 2024 as well as 14 quarterly retention bonuses.
