990 EZ Part I Provide support for needy people including local refugees and Handicapped people and the homeless by giving them help with food utilities help with rent medical needs including medicine transportation and any special help they need We purchase coats and warm clothing for the less fortunate and working poor We have helped many needy people and are very careful to make sure that they are truly needy and that they are using the money properly For instance we make out utility checks directly to the utility company and rental checks to the rental company Food certificates are kept to give to families in times of emergency The Macedonian Ministry is just that A ministry to help people who are poor or handicapped and in need--often in an emergency We do not have office space and even our supplies are donated All gifts to the ministry are receipted once a year by the bookkeeper at her own expense 990EZ Part IV We do not have employees
