Provided security patrol for the neighborhood and business corridor/district.

Hosted periodic events providing economic activity for the area, and participated in various community events,including crime reduction events.

Transportation improvements. Worked with regional transit, caltrans, and the city and county of sacramento to improve streets and make the corridor a more accessible place to work, live and thrive.

Tet festival: sponsorship of local event celebrating the vietnamese new year.

American rescue plan act grant: provided additional security and clean-up services for the corridor.

Sacramento metropolitan air quality grant: to procure services and materials and reimburse the steering committee for ab617 outreach expenses conducted in the south sacramento-florin community.

Sacramento inclusive economic development council grant: to distribute any sac iedc arpa related communications to drive number of businesses engaging in technical assistance such as webinars, 1:1 consulting services, small business utilization program, and other services, identify other ways to gain additional access to businesses and their needs, as requested, and provide insight on current business climate and concerns; make recommendations on ways to assist small businesses.
