The madison black chamber of commerce (mbcc) empowers the greater madison community by growing and sustaining black owned businesses through education, advocacy and developing black wealth to promote the power and impact of black owned businesses.

Mbcc, in collaboration with the city of madison, jd mccormick properties, hmong wisconsin chamber of commerce, and the latino chamber of commerce of dane county, supported the culture collectives program. The culture collectives program provides opportunities for historically underrepresented business owners to set up a temporary pop-up retail shop in downtown madison.
