Madison County Diversion Program

To provide an informal probationary program, which attempts to rehabilitate juvenile offenders and provide a chance for them to learn the magnitude of their errors. Participants are chosen based upon no prior arrest record and their age. No formal charges for the offense are filed against juveniles who successfully complete the program.
