Agriculture leadership activities the madison county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership profices many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local agricultural civic & community organizations. Leaders attend district, state, & national conferences to network with farmers & other agriculturalists to learn about current issues facing agriculture. A highly developed committee structure provides leadership opportunities for members through meetings. Regular communications and agricultural activities.

Youth leadership development the mcfb strongly supports the development of our youth through financial donations & volunteer works for groups such as 4h & ffa through donations. Children have attended 4h camp that might not have been able to otherwise & ffa members have been on trips overseas to expand their knowledge of agriculture in other countries & local ffa chapters, open and close the meeting each year as a means of participating their parliamentary procedure skills. The mcfb suports the activities of educating children about where their food & fiber comes from through volunteer hours & donations the groups that hold activities that highlight farming activities.
