Its mission is to build healthier familiesone individual at a timethrough faith, fellowship, and fitness. The organization promotes mental, physical, and spiritual wellness in underserved communities by hosting inclusive events such as the annual 5k/10k run/walk and health fair, monthly virtual wellness talks, and intergenerational engagement programs.
