Maestra Music Inc

Amplify 23:the annual amplify concert and community event, held the last monday in march to align with women'shistory month, brings together maestras from all over the world for an electric evening of unique musical performances. The event is held online and in person to achieve maximum awareness and support for the talented women and nonbinary members of the musical theater community. The event was attended by approximately 271 people.

Workshops:the organization continued its technical workshop series, which has grown from a musical directors' training initiative for women into a monthly series of education classed thought by its members and open to the public. Insturctors included females that were showcased as experts in their fields. The approximate attendance for all of the techincal workshops throughout 2023 was 1,829.
