For purposes of Form 990, organization will refer to Frost Bank, the institutional trustee of this charitable trust. Frost Bank carries out the intent and directions provided in the governing document of the trust. This trust was set up to assist the Magnolia Cemetery Corporation, a tax-exempt organization in maintaining and improving the Magnolia Cemetery.
