Mission
To provide training for member law enforcement officers. To perform services which improves the quality of life for individuals throughout ouachita and surrounding parishes by assisting the needy with food, housing, utilities, healthcare payments and scholarships for students.

Donations are given to area schools on a written need request basis only. Each request is submitted to the board of directors for evaluation. Distributions are approved to satisfy specific, clearly identifiable needs.
Member law enforcement officer training in the areas of social media training, mental health awareness, covid-19 safety, diverse community and sensitivity training.
