Mahwah Schools Foundation A Non Profit Corporation

Mahwah schools foundation, inc. (the "foundation") was incorporated in 2001 to inform the public of additional needs of the mahwah school district and raise funds to meet those needs. The foundation is a not-for-profit organization exempt from income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The foundation is also a publicly supported organization described in section 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(a)(vi).
