Main Ferry Housing Development Fund Company Inc

The company was incorporated pursuant to article xi of the private housing finance law and section 402 of the not-for-profit corporation law exclusively for the charitable purpose of owning, organizing, managing, maintaining, developing and operating, on a non-profit basis, a residential housing rental project for persons of low income and to provide offices for a non-profit civil rights organization.
