Programs

1 program

Main st.'s primary focus is to support the local buck's county breast cancer community. We launched in 2018. We have raised over $750,000 for local breast cancer patients. We have helped over 2,500 patients in treatment and recovery. In 2024 we secured 72 business partners and 69 official sponsors. Programs we created and funding include: cold capping, comfort bags upon diagnosis, treatment transportation, out-of-pocket expenses, state-of-the-art infusion chairs, integrative services and a home food delivery program. Main st.'s footprint expands every year and can now be found in new hope, peddler's village, carversville, doylestown, perkasie, newtown, shops at valley square and dublin town center. Events held by the community and local businesses vary from year-to-year but historically entail an award show and luminary stroll, a wine pairing dinner, multiple school pink outs, donation of fitness and yoga classes, tp my house, block parties, etc. Main st. Is the recipient of these funds raised by these events. Main st. Raises money through sponsorships, partner proceed splits with local businesses, events, grants and community donations. While main st. Is active every year during breast cancer awareness month (october), work to secure partners, sponsors and expansion is a year-round endeavor. Main st. Is run by keith fenimore and kristina fenimore with support from volunteers. Www.welcometomainst.org
