MANA is an immigrant-led organization that promotes social & personal empowerment of immigrants in Maine through raising awareness of individual and collective trauma and how they affect our lives, expanding people's resilience building strategies by exploring various resources, connecting people with their peers across cultures.

StrengthenME is a program MANA provides for emotional support to immigrants and community members affected by individual or collective trauma due to their immigrant journey or other life stressors using intentional peer support model in the form of one-on-one or sessions with MANA Wellness Partners, peer-led support groups. MANA also provides wellness programs to community members of all ages that include indoor and outdoor programs with goals to support community members in thier trauma healing journey and does community outreach and public awareness around destigmatizing mental health challenges and substance abuse.
