Maine Fiber Frolic

The Corporation is a mutual benefit Corporation pursuant to Section 201(B) of the Nonprofit Act and, as such, is designated to serve its members having a common interest, namely, the promotion, advancement, and improvement of conditions and fostering of Maine's fiber industry and the fiber industry generally, through the sponsoring of a Fiber Festival and other educational and/or charitable events and related endeavors and undertakings.
