President of STEM Engagement, will be our morning keynote speaker on Monday, November 6. Mr. Kincaid will share his thoughts about the Future of Space, NASA's plans for engaging the nation in the future of space (Moon and beyond and on Earth), the importance of STEM engagement to ensure the nation's leadership role in its future in space, and a few words on how a small state like Maine can play a significant role.

In the current MTI Investment, we complete the strategic plan for the Maine Space Complex (see Attachment A). As the result of the planning effort, we identified additional work that would lead to a stronger foundation for the Complex, lead to more significant benefits to the state than what would not have been possible under the current strategic plan. This additional work would facilitate more opportunities and economic growth for the Complex and the state of Maine. The first need is to secure new business opportunities for industries in the new Space Economy and the Maine Space Complex. The second need is to continue engagement with communities and stakeholders in conversation regarding the Maine Space Complex to ensure that the value proposition is clear and moving toward adoption.
