Each individual is provided with a travel trainer who teaches them how to safely and independently use the charlotte area transit system to reach their desired destination by public bus, light rail, or streetcar. Participants learn travel skills that are tailored to meet their individual needs while following a specific route.

Adaptive solutions:disability rights & resources offers a wide variety of professional services to private businesses, government organizations, and other nonprofits to ensure compliance with disability civil rights laws, including the americans with disabilities act, the fair housing act, and others. These services include training, workshops, policy review, blueprint review, physical site surveys for accessibility, and consulting services.
