Making Light Of It Inc

The corporation is organized and shall operate exclusively for charitable and religious purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended ("irc"). The specific purpose for which the corporation is organized is to operate exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of inner light ministries, an irc 509(a)(1) organization, and at all times hereafter the corporation shall operate exclusively for such purposes.
