To ignite an international Rotarian campaign for the global eradication of malaria.

Uganda Global Grant - Training and provisioning 1,900 Volunteer Health Trainers (VHTs) in the Soroti and Katakwi Districts of Uganda who will test, treat and track malaria at the household level.
This MPI and Malaria Partners Zambia-led program, in partnership with the Gates Foundation and World Vision, trained and equipped 2,500 Community Health Workers (CHWs) in two Zambian provinces.
Grant made to Malaria Partners Zambia, a separate, stand-alone nonprofit organization incorporated in Zambia. Use of funds for the purpose of engaging local Rotary Clubs throughout Zambia to work with the Ministry of Health and health care NGOs for the significant reduction in serious illnesses and deaths due to malaria and other respiratory illnesses.
