Mana A National Latina Organization

The hermanitas leadership institute is an annual event that brings middle and high school latinas aged 11 to 18 together from across the country for educational programming including workshops and experiential activities.

The hermana conference provides a meaningful and educational opportunity for mana members and volunteers to network, train on the newest program enhancements, and share best practices. Community leaders and opinion-shappers connect through workshops and trainings. Participants gain valuable information and resources.
