The PTSO is a nonprofit organization that exists for charitable and educational purposes. The objective of the PTSO is to bring together staff, students, and parents of Manchester Elementary School (MES) for the following purposes: To enhance and support the educational experience at MES. To foster communication between parents, MES administrators, teachers, students, and the community. To improve the environment at MES through volunteer and financial support.
