Mission
The primary purpose of Mankind Advocates No Kill Excellence dba Foster Paws Rescue is to foster cats and kittens until successful adoption. During the foster period, services include spay/neuter, deworming, flea treatment, core vaccinations and microchip registration. This also includes any other surgeries and medications that might be needed to help the feline become adoption ready. Our mission is to stop the over-population of felines in upstate South Carolina.
