Department of commerce - nist - mep funding - mantec, in collaboration with its sister industrial resource centers formed an alliance with the manufacturing extension partnership (mep), a program of the commerce department's national institute of standards and technology. Mep is a nationwide network of centers helping smaller u.s. Manufacturers to improve their performance and become more competitive, addressing the diverse and often unique needs of smaller manufacturers.
