Manteca Unified School District Public Facilities Financing Corp

Provide assistance to the Manteca Unified School District by financing the cost of acquisition and construction of public school facilities for the use and benefit of the District. To acquire real and personal property for the benefit of the District. To borrow the necessary funds to pay the cost of financing, re-financing, constructing, replacing, establishing, improving, maintaining, equipping and operating any such real and personal property for the District.
