Workforce Development Regional Pilots - the organization piloted a training program for manufacturers in the Dalton and Savannah areas for trainings needed in those areas.

EXPAND Childcare - the organization was the recipient of a reimbursement grant from the Department of Early Childhood and Learning to pay for childcare expenses for manufacturing companies who had non-traditional work hours. Rayonier Advanced Materials was the only manufacturer who participated in the program.
