The mission of MSCSC is to produce and promote charitable social and educational programming related to youth empowerment senior empowerment job readiness academic enrichment restorative justice outreach to returning citizens and health and wellness education.

The program offers youth alternatives that encourages developing leadership and decision making skills to assist them with navigating the path to becoming a productive citizen in their communities.
