Rooted in maplewood's heart philosophy of caregiving, the maplewood heart foundation is an organization dedicated to providing community support to those in need. The foundation supports maplewood senior living associates and their immediate familiy members during times of extenuating life circumstances, as well as local and national charities through service projects and donations. We believe in taking care of our own and in making a difference in the community.
