The marguerite casey action fund is organized and operated for social welfare purposes, whose mission is to develop and advocate for legislation, regulations, and government programs which support communities of color, families, and children to create and promote a more just, equitable, and healthy society, and to develop, establish, and/or fund programs that support the same.
