Marien-Heim Tower

Marien-heim tower ("mht") was a senior citizen housing project subsidized by the us department of housing and urban development. In november 2014, mht entered into a contract of sale and nominee agreement with an affiliate for the sale of its beneficial interest in the property. Mht retains legal title to the building solely as a nominee on behalf of its affiliate. Mht also entered into an agreement to be exclusive agent for the management of the premises.
