Mission
To promote safe bicyling for everyday transportation and recreation. This is accomplished by working with local jurisdictions to design improved bicycle facilities, identifying project funding, and providing countywide bicycling education.

Safe routes to schools program: provided bicycle safety education to tens of thousands of students at 55 public and private elementary, middle, and high schools. Produced newsletters, posters, and fact sheets; coordinated classes, assemblies, bike rodeos, contests, special events, and volunteers; surveyed student participation; maintained website.
On-road advocacy: worked with local towns and county to implement master bike/ped plan projects; participated in regional and state legislation development; advocated for local agencies to prioritize and implement improved active transit infrastructure, produced educational materials; and maintained website.
